Ms. Sulik's Notes:    Company Members

Congratulations to those dancer who auditioned in July at the Maria Phegan workshop to become a member of our company now in its 31st Season!

Our schedule officially opens every August 1 with workshops scheduled during the month to prepare dancers for the upcoming season.

The following dates are start up classes to get back in shape.     

Monday, Aug 6 & Tuesday, Aug 7 - 5:30 - 7:30 (Sulik)

Wed, Aug 8 - 12... 5:30 - 8:30 with Guest Choreographers, Mark Schneider who will restage "ESMERALDA" for the February 5/6th Performances.  Mark has a Master of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Arizona, Tucson with a specialization in Design for dance and performance production.  He danced professionally with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, American Festival Ballet, Ballet Metropolitan: His Choreography is in the rep. of Virginia School of the Arts, Dance Theater of Harlem, Ballet Alaska, Ketchikan Ballet Theater Alaska    NOTE:  Read Cast for Esmeralda posted in studio.  TIME OF CLASSES WILL VARY AFTER FIRST DAY.. DUE TO CASTING.

August 16, Thursday - August 19 - LAURIE GUERRA   Two classes will be scheduled for each day.. an early one 3:30 - 5:30 and 5:30 - 7:30.  You will be assigned which class to attend.  POINTE TRAINING.

August 20 - 26th - with Guest Choreographer, THOM CLOWER.  Classes to strengthen technique, plus rehearsals Monday, Aug 20th, 5:00 - 8:00.. then class times will be established to suit rehearsals.

IMPORTANT:  Company auditions will be scheduled with Mark Schneider for those dancer who wish to audition.  COMPANY FORMS & PARENT MEETING - TBA WEEK OF Aug 8 - 12
